If your purchase is not exactly right, and you would like to exchange for a different style/colour/size please make sure returns are made within 7 days of receiving your goods. We do not issue any refunds and only issue store credits unless the item is faulty.

Please ensure all hygiene stickers are attached, the swimwear is unworn and all swing tags remain on. Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set.
We recommend sending returns via registered post, as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. The customer must cover for the postage costs.
If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a description of the fault. Please contact us at email@example.com if you need a new copy of the invoice.
Once received, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a replace,refund or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.
