The above sizes are general, and each style will have its own unique fit. Please take note of recommended cup size for tops.

Please allow 24 - 72 hours for order processing. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Australian orders are delivered via Australia Post (delivery approx 1-2 business days after dispatch). International orders are delivered via E Parcel Express Post (delivery approx 2-4 business days after dispatch).
For all orders under A$300 (AUD), shipping cost are outlined below:
Express Post to Australia: $10.00 AUD
International Express Post USA: $35.00 AUD
International Express Post NZ: $25.00 AUD
International Express Post Rest of the World: $40.00 AUD

Please consider the shipping address you provide – you should provide an address that will be attended during normal business hours. A signature is required on delivery for international orders. If you are not at the delivery address to accept the goods yourself, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of successful delivery.
In the instance that you have given incorrect delivery details, please ensure you email us immediately upon successful placement of your order. Once your order has been dispatched Skye & staghorn cannot be held responsible if any information you provided was incorrect.

Should you need to exchange your purchase, please ensure returns are made within 14 days of receiving your goods. Skye & Staghorn will only provide a refund if your item is faulty.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.

- 1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days of the date you received your delivery, indicating whether you would like to return for a store credit or exchange. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please include the details of what you would like to exchange for. If there is a price differential, we will either send you a Paypal request for the difference or refund your account the amount.
- 2. You will receive an email response within 1-2 business days with an RGA number (Returned Garments Authorisation)
- 3. Please package the garments up in their original packaging and post back to the below address (within 14 days of the date you received your delivery) to:

Skye & Staghorn is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
Returns outside 14 days are subject to rejection. Skye & Staghorn reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, they will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a store credit or exchange. Your return or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned garment(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded.

How do I return an item purchased with Afterpay?
You can return your Afterpay purchase if you are unhappy for any reason. We will gladly accept the return of the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition including tags and hygiene stickers. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns. When will I get my order?
Afterpay is simply a payment method, so processing and dispatch of your order is no different to any other order placed with us. You can visit our shipping page for more information on order processing and dispatch timeframes.
What if I can’t pay an instalment?
If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. For further information, please review the Afterpay terms and conditions.
What cards does Afterpay accept?
Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in Australia. Unfortunately, Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.
